My family goes on vacation in Door County every year, and we never come home without a cooler full of summer sausage, bratwurst, and roast from Bley's Grocery. The owner butchers and prepares his own meat, and it's fantastic. I love this little mom-and-pop store, and the meat is really good.
The Meat market at this store is the greatest. Wayne is the butcher and owner. There cuts, brats and sausage are the most tasty and tender that you will find in the finest restaurants in the United States.
