Awful experience. My family paid a $5,000 retainer and the only change made was to move the courts from Ottawa county to Tulsa county, which Blevins does not practice in. I spoke to Emily on the phone and she is a very hateful person who shouldn’t be handling customer care when it comes to very serious matters in peoples lives. If you want someone who cares about your situation I’d look elsewhere.

We hired Mr Blevins June 14th now its aug 14th he has not called or emailed us once , left msg for return call, not gonna happen he will not return any msgs /calls or emails. Things are moving fast on the case except with our lawyer nothing has been filed no inquires. What do we do file complaints to the bar?

I first retained Mr Blevins in 2010, again in 2021, and then again this year. Mr Blevins and his staff of wonderful ladies have always been very communicative with me regarding my case. Answers all of my questions, and I have plenty. He advises and reassures, has always shown up to court for me and always on time.
