First of all, they NEVER pick me up at my pickup time which is 7:20AM. The car always smells like urine because one of the drivers is urinating in a bottle in the vehicle. IF I CAN GIVE THIS COMPANY A 0 I WOULD. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH. I HAD AN APPOONTMENT AT 10:10AM AND SHE SENT A DRIVER AT 9:55AM. HER EGO IS BIG ENOUGH TO HIRE A DISPATCHER. ITS 17 MINUTES AWAY. The vehicles used by this company are filthy and dangerous both inside and outside. They have no regard for timely delivery nor pickup. The business is very poorly managed and they have no business being in contract with the State of ********. The only reason they have received a star is because they did show up all of an hour late!!!!!
