I appreciate this company for helping make my daughter's graduation day possible and for providing transportation so my mother could attend. Getting her out of the house and to such an important event meant a lot to our family. The office staff was very kind, and communication throughout the scheduling process was good. The driver was also patient, waiting for us during our restaurant stop and throughout the graduation ceremony. However, there are some serious concerns that need to be addressed. Outstanding customer service. Very accommodating to our schedule. My husband was recently in a motorcycle accident and was left wheelchair bound. They made sure he was comfortable and safe the whole ride. Their prices are very doable. What a great company, I would recommend them.

My brother had a medical appointment and needed transportation with a wheelchair lift. The weather forecast was not positive but the doctor hadn't cancelled the appointment. I called a company used previously, "we don't transport on Saturdays". Reached out to another company and was giving a quick no. I reached out to B.A.R.T.s the first thing he said was if the place is open, "I'll get you there and back!" I was worried because I wouldn't be there in case there was a problem. This transport service is the best in the business. They are prompt, courteous and transport patients “safely” with the utmost care.
