If you go on a Sunday please call before to check if the gift shop is actually open in the museum. Unfortunately it was not when I was there and I wasn't going out to the island just to go to the gift shop. Also the road surrounding the museum is closed, but sure if they are working on the bridge, and the fire department was blocking the other streets to dry/roll up the hoses.
Very cool experience looking back on history.
