Makenna is amazing. Every time I leave after a session My body feels so much less tense . If you truly want work done to help you move and feel better for longer then just the day of I would recommend her. She does not do Swedish massages she does a blend structural work, deep tissue and therapeutic massage. Friendly and professional, her studio is a good clean relaxing space.

I began my Blended Bodyworks obsession as trial run with Groupon. I had been hunting for years for a good "sports and mobility therapy" and the "SPA" style “sports massage” was just not up for it. Been having alot of pain in my entire left leg that's made it hard for me to get through my work day. Makenna was able to get me almost completely pain free after 1 treatment and explained alot about structural integration that is very effective. I am so grateful to have found such a kind and knowledgeable therapist!
