My first ever experience with acupuncture and I'm glad I got the first experience with Karen. I felt really heard, seen and understood. The whole procedure was gentle, sensitive and really nourishing. Karen encouraged me to express at any time if I'm feeling cold or I'd like a different song. A lot of trust and guidance. I left with a feeling of softness, and new knowledge on how I could help myself in the future. Thank you for reminding me compassion and bringing out softness in me!
