Excellent service and vibes! Enjoyed upgrading my plan here!
Knowledgeable and kind customer service, the fiber service itself has been great. We are satisfied with BTC Fiber service all around. We are glad BTC Fiber services our area.
I was having issues with buffering every time I would try to stream a movie. I called to report my problem and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 15 minutes. They were able to do all of the work remotely and Megan with dispatch was very friendly and helpful.
Fastest, friendliest wifi service I've ever experienced. It's like they want to do business.
