I ordered a jersey from this store and received the completely wrong one. When I contacted them to resolve the issue, instead of apologizing or offering any helpful solution, the seller was incredibly rude—both over email and on the phone. To make matters worse, he blamed me for the mistake, even though I provided clear proof of my original order. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Sadly the store no longer does walk in anymore like before only by online appointments now. Which for me it's a huge inconvenience especially for those who live locally or for anyone who's old fashion that prefers to shop in store.
