Unfortunately I had a disappointing experience with their online store. I ordered and paid for a piece of grey cup merchandise when the online store indicated that it was in-stock, but my order was cancelled a few days later stating that the item was out of stock. I was refunded, but disappointed in the experience. I would suggest management look into this glitch on the website to prevent this from happening to other customers.
6/5 Stars. Ajay is a great guy to deal and he totally understands that hat guys want their gear crisp and fresh. He'll make sure your hats and toques are mint and shipping properly unlike some other companies. I'm ordering a second order this week. Much thanks Ajay!
