BLB Trowbridge. Seeming lack of communication. This company are acting for our buyers. We have not bought or sold a property for 20 years and 20 years before that. Eg only twice in 40 years! Obviously have little memory of previous transactions. Apologies if it is not the case with BLB but a problem from our end. It seems though, that in this digital age, where acknowledgements can be as quick as a click of a button, communication is not high on the list.

I contacted BLB via their website. Having not received a response several days later, I telephoned them. I was told that someone would come back to me within 48 hours. A week later I still hadn't received a response. Needless to say, I wouldn't consider using them.
