Over the years, the shop owner has been very helpful. It's a pity to see the shop is closing down.
I took my bike in for an alignment of the gearing as some gears were slipping. The guy working there, presumably the owner, greeted me, put my bike on a stand, tested the gears, adjusted a couple of things, asked me to take it for a ride...and it was fine! He didn't charge me, was friendly and explained what he had done. I haven't have such honest and expert service in a retail shop for years!!!
Great guys very helpful an fair
I’ve interacted a few times with the owner in the last 20+ years. Recently though had an issue with my son’s bike and needing a new one, and other things bike related. Can’t speak highly enough of how much we have been assisted and advised in what to do next and he went above and beyond what you would expect, including lots of help that was of no charge to us. Support your local bike store please!
Took my bike up to get the derailleur fixed and was surprised how quickly it was repaired and at a great price. Highly recommend.
