Great Service form Blazing Bikes, i called up Saturday to see what they had in stock as i was skeptical about mail order. This would be my 1st Emtb purchase. I wanted to speak to someone, the old fashioned way!! Will asked what my requirements were and sold me a bike that suits me perfectly. I collected the following Monday. 10/10
Amazing customer service, Will replied really quick and on Saturday/Sunday evenings which I didn't expect at all. Sorted a price match no questions asked and delivered built a week later by the company themselves instead of a 3rd party. 10/10 no complaints

Ordered a Scott ransom ebike after a quick chat with Will. 7 days later a fully built and set up bike got delivered to my door by stu at 16.30 who even though still had 2 more bikes to deliver spent time answering any questions I had . The whole process from ordering to delivery was hassle free and kept updated throughout. I'll definitely be purchasing from them again
