We purchased a log set from Blazes and are very disappointed. We asked for a vented log set and they sold us an unvented log set. We emailed Lance at Blazes asking why they sold us the wrong log set and here is his unbelievable reply to our email: "If your damper is closed on your fireplace, open it and you will have vented logs." We also asked if we could return and he said we would have to pay a 25% restocking fee. Beware
Everyone at this family-owned business was a delight to work with. They sat down with me and took the time to share all their knowledge of the merchandise they know so well. You feel like part of their family. Every person in the business goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I went to some "larger" outdoor furniture businesses and will never go back to them again! Thanks Blazes!
