Awesome fireplace and service setup. Clinton and Lorenzo were on time to set up our fire place insert and compled the work efficiently and proper. We highly recommend them.
My overall experience with blaze King stoves was good. Sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The installation crew, Clint and Jesse, that came out and installed my pellet insert were exceptional! A big shout out to Clint and Jesse who were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and helpful. Last year we decided to purchase a high efficiency wood burning stove to replace our regular fireplace. We didn't realize that our home had a factory built fireplace and not a masonry fireplace, but the team at Blaze King helped us find an efficient stove that could be installed in the space we had. Loretta in the office was amazing. Kept me informed of the delivery, etc. Chris the salesman was great and helped us pick the right unit. Clint, Jesse and Lorenzo did a fantastic job installing the unit and cleaning up afterwards. Five stars for the whole group! We love our new fireplace.
