Primary Care not the best
Not the best place I've been . Not very helpful
I had a very disappointing experience at this swimming pool. At the entrance, the cashier was unfriendly and unhelpful. The locker system was very inconvenient – you can only lock and unlock it once, which makes it difficult if you need to go back later. The changing rooms were very small, the toilets had a bad smell with no proper ventilation, and the shower cabins were tiny, with no place to hang clothes or a towel. A good pool and plenty of changing cubicles and lockers. A palaver at reception where they charge 20p for a locker token but don't take cash, why can't lockers be included with online booking? Unsure if there are any other showers but the only ones I saw were right at the poolside so no privacy....
Staff at reception excellent and helped me decide easily the membership which suited me and helped with the website.
