Been waiting for almost a month for an order they claim shipped 3 weeks ago. They keep giving me the run around and cant get their product to the end user.
I bought a police shirt three weeks in advance of academy graduation, the wrong one was sent; I called and the correct one shipped and even paid extra for two-day shipping to have it arrive on time, so that my unit's patches could be sewn on as well. Seven days later and the shirt has not been delivered. I called to ask about it was told that I placed the order on a Thursday, and they only worked half a day Friday and don't work weekends that the order wasn't even filled until the following Wednesday.
