I stopped today for a few items and was astonished by the "log jam" at checkout. 4 aisles 2 deep and when the issue was recognized by the manager, rushes out to help bag groceries. Maybe returning to baggers to do that duty will allow cashiers to process customers faster. Customer satisfaction vs. cutting costs?
I know it doesn't sound like a lot . But I miss the smaller amounts in the produce Dept. like spinage there are a lot of older and single people that shop even the buns now are in 4's instead of single. I hate throwing stuff away.
I had a big birthday cake made there at Blattner's and I just gave them a few items and told them to come up with something. Best cake ever! I hated to cut it! So beautiful! Thank you! We will be back for future cakes!
