Blaser has just emailed thousands of Sauer rifle owners to send back their guns, FOR A SECOND ROUND OF REPLACEMENTS. Apparently, barrel wear can lead to dangerous conditions. The guns they sent us as replacements 4 months ago?, Blaser-Sauer now says are potentialy dangerous. WOW! Their QA-QC department needs a cleanout, clearly. Who knows how many Sauers are being fired daily, without top-level QC before being sold?
I see people are happy with the Blaser product. I guess I was not as lucky. Blaser R8 Ultimate with semi-weight barrel-rifle forearm was not widened to accept the bigger barrel, adjustable recoil pad screws are mismatched and stripped, bolt head scratched. I guess I would be the first unhappy, very dissatisfied and upset customer, who bought forth Blaser, believed that he purchased a perfect rifle, just like the other three before-but instead got badly assembled rifle, screwed hunting season and disappointing experience. We came down to San Antonio for a shoot. Stopped by to get a small glitch repaired. They went through all of Chase's F-16 cleaned & repaired anything that looked worn. Great people super friendly & most of all a winning product. Thanks Mo
Excellent customer service. Was just at the North Central Regionals and visited the Blaser tent. Mo and Tom were very helpful with my questions and looked over my F3. When I mentioned having problems with misfires on my 28 gauge they told me to bring it by. Tom immediately identified the issue and offered to upgrade my receiver to fix the issue. He did so before I had to shoot a couple of hours later and also at No charge!!! How can you beat that?!!! Thanks guys.
