This Chris Blankenship is a con, he will take money, especially from the elderly and not finish anything. Not even a name change on land after he has been paid 2 years. I would highly recommend looking into any other attorneys unless you like having money stolen and that's what it is. An elderly woman paid him for services never received and he would rather confuse an elderly person and blame it on them. And then call them for more money when no one else is around.
