The above comments by Mr Stanton are wholly unjustified. The courts decision gave the client possession during Covid which made it a big win. The court did not award back rent because it found the landlord retaliated. We could not change the landlords conduct after the fact. Please read the decision here with and decide for your self.
A lawyer who claims will litigate anything but sends u up stream for more expenses when its time to litigate. They Lost documents. didnt know diff between civil and criminal in terms of evidence during trial. Do not use for evictions. Get an attourney specializing in evictions.
