Great experience here. Mike knows all about tuxedos and suits what is in style etc. helped me through the process for a tux. Came out great. No alterations needed. They did it quick too, was about a month I recall. Got it in time for my event.
Mike helped me with creating a custom tux for an upcoming black tie event. I was sick of wasting money renting pieces from the typical spots that didn't fit well or made of poor material. The fitting process was super easy and quick, Mike made it fun and his knowledge of current trends in men's apparel is extensive. 100% will be back for a custom suit next!
Incredibly disappointed by this brand after it switched from “Blank Label” to “Black Lapel”. My wedding suit I got in 2021 from Blank Label was well constructed and fit, still is the nicest suit I own. But when I went back to get a black suit to wear to weddings, I received one of the worst fitting suits and it’s clear the Black Lapel Tailors are significantly worse than the original Blank Label ones. I gave Mike the impossible task of creating a custom suit for me for a friends wedding that was in a couple weeks - much quicker than the usual turnaround time for one. He was honest that it may or may not get here in time but assured me he would do everything he could to make it happen and he did just that. The suit got here in time and fit absolutely perfectly. Can’t speak highly enough about the experience and his professionalism. I will absolutely be coming back to purchase more suits in the future. Thank you, Mike!!
