This was the worst tax season ever because of Blandas tax service. We did not receive our taxes until Oct 12. The extension she filed for ended on Oct. 16. She was not even there to answer any questions if we had any. We had called her numerous times about our taxes and never received any response from her. I had made my clients aware of the circumstances concerning the extensions for this year and they had a chance to pick them up if they did not want an extension. This information was left on my answering machine so anyone who called would know. As for any penalties or interest I had told my clients to contact me if they received any and I would file appeals on their behalf
First year using this tax service....return went fine. I had a specialty form so to speak that needed done seperately....dropped off in JULY. in September I followed up to see if it was backlogged like everything else. I got a reply that yes rebates are backlogged but it would be checked on....then NOTHING. Sent several messages, then emails.
