I have had two years to tax returns done at Bland & Associates They were complex returns involving several companies. The work was never completed in a timely manner. My contact person changed three times. It would take endless phone calls and emails to get any answers. Very unprofessional. From a consumer standpoint I do not see how they stay in business. The worst accounting firm I have worked with in all my years of business.
I just completed work on a project with Danie Senske and it has been a joy to work with her. She is very responsive, pleasant, and a true professional. Without hesitation I recommend her. Thank you Danie!
I feel neglected! This is my second year for extended return and I had it there on time!
Worst experience ever! Met with Jacob to discuss our needs as a new business. Quoted us a price for annual tax preparation. Process took Months! Never received a bill then bam hit with late payment and finance charges before the taxes were even complete. Then when they finally finished our taxes in September they had business owners name spelled incorrectly and added $1000.00 to the final bill stating Jacob had extra work to do because of all the paperwork involved in the new business and then tried to sell me more services.... read more
