Blanco Tax was recommended by my notary who seemed well connected. I decided to give them a try as a first time customer with additional complexity (i.e. mortgage) added to my taxes. The first meeting was a simple meet and greet and drop off documents, no more than 5 minutes. 2 weeks go by and nothing. It took a lot of me reaching out to them. Turns out they passed me on to a junior associate, which is no big deal, just no communication whatsoever. Junior associate took a shot at my taxes and I ended up owing $22.5k. No foll... read more
