Echoing what others have said. Absolutely outrageous towing practices. The lot was empty, we parked to first grab a takeout order before coming back to buy a drink. Gone less than five minutes, and notice our car is gone when we come back to the store. Manager couldn't care less. Told him I'd never come here again and was told "cool, have fun".
