Bailee is a wonderful nurse, she has always treated everyone as a person and had compassion for caring for others. She has the biggest heart and takes the time to know them on a personal level and not just look as them as a task or a job. She is definitely someone I would trust to take care of my loved ones.
I have asked Bailee Phillips about her position at Blanchard House. I have known her since she was a child. Watching her grow and hearing her speak of the residents she cares for and the facility is very promising. The cleanliness, Bailee speaks of sound far above many other facilities. Her enthusiasm when talking with residents and interest in their lives shows me how much she cares. She enjoys her job and is impressed with the facility.
