I love them! Everytime i go in there they take care of me like its my 1st visit and I'm there only customer. They are very knowledgeable of John deere tractors and if they don't know it they will find information you need... 😉
Bought a Tractor from Grant in their sales department. He was knowledgeable and helpful during the transaction and has been readily available with answers for any questions I've had in the months since. Will be going back to them in the future.
I just went into john deere in newberry south carolina to purchase generator. The salesman at the front desk said no returns. I said that's fine. Then he said, "you people buy them and after the storm you want to return them." I asked what do you mean you people? The other salesman tried to clean it up by saying all people. That was unprofessional and insulting. I said no thank you. I will never buy from this company again. Saying no refunds was sufficient enough.
