I was trying to buy a 5 acre parcel of land that had some access issues so I contacted Mark Barnebey at Blalock Walters. Mark said he would be able to help me. After a month and billing me for 1.8 hrs ($765) he had just talked to the county to review the statutes that pertained to my issue. After the month I gave up on Mark just calling the county and retained a different attorney.
