Rudeness and disrespectful people that refuse to return phone calls. I have left messages for 5 or 6 weeks to speak to Mr. Blalock, the founder of the firm and no return call even though I have left multiple messages. And they are allowing the Department of the Navy to discriminate against us by offering expedited settlements to certain ailments. That's a textbook example of discrimination, yet this law firm goes along with it. I find thst to be very pecular.
