On Friday Oct. 10th I had my Generac serviced by one of your Technicians named Travis, and I must say this man takes pride in his work, he did his job and before he left he not only made sure that all was done well by re checking his work, but also ran a wiper over the unit that he serviced, I would say that he is an employee that is an asset to your company.. We purchased a Generac. Generator from Blakney Electric in Moncton. Their service from start to finish was exceptional. A few days ago the power went out when I wasn’t home. My wife was working in the basement at the time. I got home noticed Generac was running. She said she noticed a blink of lights but that’s it. She didn’t even know power went out. Generac ran from 3:30 to around 6ish. Doing exactly what we hoped it would. It also used very little of the propane tank’s capacity. (2%) Which is obviously great. I highly rec... read more
We are a Special Care Home that care for Special need level 2 home.We have a generac standby installed by Blakney.From beginning to end no issue.Travis is who we mostly dealt with.Very nice guy.He know his stuff.Very knowledgeable.He even gave us his phone# so we can call him anytime we need to.
