We just had an amazing service experience with this company. My wife and I were at our off grid cottage located in the Miramichi area when we were faced with a generator issue that would had forced us to relocated during a winter storm. Boyd, went above and beyond to fix our generator on his day off. He made a four hour round trip to solve our problem. I called to book an appointment, the appointment was then cancelled and rebooked a total of four times. When the Technician arrived. He was pleasant. He got to work immediately, and the job was done very effectively, and he took the time to explain how To work the new equipment. To my surprise when the bill did arrive I was shocked to see that there was a TRAVEL CHARGE Of $150. I was never informed in any of the four phone calls that there was going to be a charge of $150 for the technician to drive, 62 km or 40 minutes one ... read more
