My mom's been going here for years with no problem but this year has been different. The money that entered my mom's account was way less than what the office said. I went to an IRS office and they said that Blake's Income Tax was at fault for the big discrepancies. Since last week, I've been calling and only getting voicemails that haven't been returned. I've driven over there and now, they're always closed. I'm going to look into lawyering up because this is ridiculous. Last time we come here!
Ms. Jaye neglected to file my taxes on time after an extension, which led to the accrual of assessed fees and penalties for both federal and state. Her behavior is rude, obnoxious, and highly demeaning. I would never use their services again or recommend.
This office is terrible. Very unprofessional, they filled out my tax form incorrectly and I received a refund that I actually was not supposed to receive. Now, I owe the state that I live in thousands of dollars. Called the office more than twice to see if someone could rectify the issue and I’ve never been called back. They’re the worst.
