I've lived here.for a little over a yeah and a half. This place is convenient to many places we go. Costco, Edmonds, the freeway. Light rail stations. Many food choices nearby and we have 2 patios to barbecue if we want. We have used the media room to watch basketball games. I've met some of the other tenants some are really nice. Others, well... ya can't please everybody.
The maintenance request that was submitted 6 months ago is only half completed. The light fixture cover has not been replaced or reinstalled. Over all The Blakely is a decent place to live.
Dani did a fantastic job of showing me the facilities and I so appreciated her. The Blakely is a beautiful retirement site, however it is just a little bit more than I can afford on my income.
