After they had the sale I guess the attitude is different, I won't shop here again delivery was mixed up and I told them I'll come get it at the store since I had paid already they stuck it in my truck handed me some rope and left, they put the box spring on top of the heavy mattress well what is going to happen while I'm standing in their mosquito infested loading dock trying to reach in the back of my truck one of the loaders said should I lift it up so you can get down in there better. I have shopped here in the past and always had a good experience until today. Yesterday I was told 2 patio chairs and a small table would be $350 plus tax. I sent my husband today to purchase them. He paid and was loading them up in our trailer when the manager runs out and says he needed to pay an extra $300 because the price he paid was wrong. Like who does this??!! He said nope don’t want them so refund me. In the process of that they “accidentally” charged us twice!!! So now we wait for almost $800 to clear from our card... read more
The staff helped me look for what I was needing to fit my home and family. I did not see something that caught my eye in the show room, but they took the time to look online and explain about each item. My the time I left I had found what I needed and had it scheduled for delivery.
