After they had the sale I guess the attitude is different, I won't shop here again delivery was mixed up and I told them I'll come get it at the store since I had paid already they stuck it in my truck handed me some rope and left, they put the box spring on top of the heavy mattress well what is going to happen while I'm standing in their mosquito infested loading dock trying to reach in the back of my truck one of the loaders said should I lift it up so you can get down in there better. The staff helped me look for what I was needing to fit my home and family. I did not see something that caught my eye in the show room, but they took the time to look online and explain about each item. My the time I left I had found what I needed and had it scheduled for delivery.

This isn’t my 1st purchase from Blake’s furniture but I thought I’d have a quick look before I moved on to bigger stores..I didn’t look any further & it was my favorite experience with Blake’s Gilmer store. I was looking for a sofa this trip and my sales lady was very helpful & knowledgeable. I found a couch I liked but sales lady introduced me to a Catnapper recliner that I just fell in love with & a near by loveseat matched it so well.
