Blake furniture in Longview is the worst ever! I’ve paid off 3 furniture accounts with them & on time. I just paid cash for a queen bedroom set for my daughter. Due to covid their men aren’t allowed to put furniture in homes. I just had the worst experience with them, that will never allow me to give them my business again! Gabby at front desk is the rudest! She has the worst attitude in customer service. I have a bedroom set I cannot put together because they gave no instructions and don’t care if I get it together or not. I’ve called several times begging for something to help guide me. I spoke to the store manager and he was suppose to call me back to try to get instructions from warehouse, & I never got a call back. The delivery guy was very nice and tried hard to explain but it’s still confusing. What type of company is so nonchalant and doesn’t care about customer needs. Spend your money elsewhere & go into a company that prides their self on helping you and making sure things are right. It’s so stressful to deal with this without any assistance, I’ve been working at this bed frame for hours. I just called to get corporate # to let them know how I’m treated but Gabby says she doesn’t know the number and was so rude & nonchalant. I wish I could return these items, I most definitely would go to another company that is very helpful and courteous. Don’t deal with this company, especially during Covid......If your not literate to putting a bed together that’s NOT self explanatory, you will be left to figure it out.....Very unhappy!!!

Palestine Blake’s furniture is by far the best place to purchase your furniture the sale associate I got was Denise. She was very patient from the beginning to the end I went in just for bunk beds and walked out purchasing more things because of the great prices. I highly recommend This store for furniture purchases. Staff is friendly and no long waiting i was attended in a fast and timely matter. I am super happy I came to Palestine Blake’s furniture!!
