Blake floor did a very poor job on service. They were slow getting started. Said they would start Thursday or Friday. Did not come until Friday late afternoon. I asked if they would come Saturday and they did, but then they did not show up Monday until late afternoon when the said they would get on it first thing Monday. Michael was not very professional or friendly. I wanted to try a darker stain and he went outside and began cussing and acting very unprofessional. I then asked that he leave and they did.
