Dont ever rent a building from these people......the bldg leaked and they knew it needed a roof but didn't fix it or even talk about it until we found black mold in it from getting sick ........also charged us to replace sheet rock in a room that didn't even have sheet rock in it to begin with. The building was uninhabitable!!!
