Just closed on the purchase of an investment property using Blake with Engle Home Loans. Blake kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. He kept me apprised of the next steps and once I was approved, we closed in less than a week. Other lenders wanted me to bring in $10K-14K for closing costs and with Engle I received money back at closing. Everyone's situation will be different but I compared 3 other lenders to Engle Home Loans, and he was the front runner for sure. Highly recommend!
