These other reviews that rate him more than 1 star must be fake! All the negative reviews sound EXACTLY like the attorney I had. But he choose the right persons money to play with! I hired Nick Dorsten for a felony case, and I would say that he was very ineffective, INCOMPETENT, and inexperienced. He worked on my case for 8 months, I literally provided all the evidence he needed to win my case, and he didn’t do a single thing. Corrupt firm. Nick Dorsten couldn't handle the state employment in Pinellas County prosecutor's office. He is a corrupt lawyer whose forged signature and issuance of forged documents. Serious mishandling of case work, intentional negligence, breach of client / attorney confidentiality and privilege under contract, and other felonies and crimes.
Had Dorsten represent me in court. He did not take the time to talk to my witnesses prior to the hearing, nor did he remember to bring my pictures and didn't bother to review my case prior to hearing. Never will hire again.

Corrupt law firm, Nick Dorsten is a corrupt lawyer and a coward who couldn't handle the swings of state employment with the Pinellas County prosecutor's office. I had a great experience with mr. Dorsten he did his job very well he is well-respected in the courtroom and he was even sitting there waiting for me I was very surprised great job mr. Dorsten thank you
Dorsten was the most incompetent, poorly prepared attorney I have ever had. Anyone who reviews this, please do yourself a favor and hire someone else. Dorsten will only call you when he wants you to come into his office to put down a retainer...after that, he does very little to work on your case and his lackluster performance in court will leave you perplexed as to why he's doing nothing for you.
Nick Dorsten represented me in court and he was the most INCOMPETENT attorney I've ever had. He refused to provide paperwork, refused to present evidence, refused to spend adequate time with my witnesses, had excuses as to why he had little time in communicating with me, and he rarely returned my phone calls. Dorsten came unprepared, didn't want to take the time to talk to me, was NOT aggressive in court room, and sat back and let me and my witnesses try to argue our point. WORTHLESS
