Made mistakes on our return, and refused to fix it. We didn't realize she didn't know what she was doing but suspected something wasn't write, and another tax professional confirmed she didn't do it correctly. But she continued to be unwilling to fix her errors.
Myself and partners have worked with Pam for years on US and multi-state taxes for personal and business purposes.
