Having read reviews had hope this would be the perfect law firm to deal with my issue. Sadly not. Firstly you will ONLY get 15 minutes free advice when other the Law society suggests 30. This is barely time to meet and greet. Representative I saw was unaware of a precedent relating to my situation that I was as a layman aware of. Was told I would get copy letter to review pre sending for review. Never came. Cannot even confirm the sending of this letter much less what the content was because never got that copy either.
