Les did nothing to assist me but the bare minimum. After sitting with him and being honest in asking if it was in my best interest to pursue a lawyer who I would pay out of pocket to take the time needed and who also would go above and beyond for me, he informed me it was not necessary and that he would do everything a hired lawyer would do.
