This company has a dinosaur computer system. If you order from the Internet be aware that you can not cancel an order. Their customer service reps. can not access your order to cancel your order. They really need to upgrade their computer system to accommodate the fast and growing online services. I am totally disappointed with the way their computer system is set up. I am sure I am not the only person that has encountered this problem. I hope in the near future they will update their computer.
