They were are closing attorney. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend them.
Got estate in order
Our mortgage company hired Blair Strain, PC to do our refinance. We were charged separate attorney fee, closing fee, notary fee, and search fee by Blair Strain PC and were still told we needed to come up with our own witness for the notarization of the documents. We never met nor spoke to anyone at the law firm which is fine, but if we are getting charged $250 for notary and $200 for a closing fee in addition to the $550 for attorney and search fee it seems like it should come with the mandatory witness.
