I couldn’t make my groceries on Saturday evening as the service did not allow me to do it - because I was wearing a backpack (the backpack was empty, I opened it and showed it to the bodyguard, I was prepared to pack there my groceries). i called the store multiple times- too many to even count over half an hour. not a single reply. how many times do i have to call this store to ask one simple question? the genuine audacity is unreal. do your job and answer the phone. i’m not sure how hard it could be??? i called multiple times and yet, nothing. genuinely ridiculous. never EVER coming here, i suggest anyone reading this to do the same since they hire incompetent workers
