We have been using their services for quite a few years now--well over a decade--and are very surprised by any of the negative reviews! The ones who have provided their services to us through Blair and Associates have been excellent about communication and completing what was needed on time, if not surprisingly early and still accurately. Friendly, professional and very accurate processing of my taxes which were done in 48 hours. I never go anywhere else.
Simply asked if they could help us with accounting and tax preparation. Could have nicely said no, they didn't have time or weren't taking on new clients, etc. but instead decided to be unnecessarily rude and place blame on me for not asking for help in a more timely manner. Went to them on a recommendation but would not recommend or try to establish any relationship them after the rude response. It's not hard to be kind.
Father in law died of COVID in 2021. Used Blair & Assoc for years. Mr. Blair filed a deceased return in 2021. Here is what we get after seeking his further assistance since IRS will not give us info because we did not file the return. The same “I am to busy to do this for a long time client or you.” In other words no more money to be made here so, “next.” The reply (last paragraph after all the excuses) “And quite honestly, it is not my responsibility to chase down refunds for my clients.
