We where going through the pre approval process after having a great first experience. When all of a sudden 200k got taken of our approval and she stopped replying to our emails and answering our call. We have now chosen another broker for our home buying journey. She has emailed back after reading this review. Stating this review was an inaccurate reveiw of the application. Absolutely amazing experience with Blain Financial! From start to finish everything was seamless, stress-free, and incredibly easy. The team was super friendly, professional, and genuinely great to deal with. Anmol was especially fantastic – super helpful, responsive, and made everything so smooth. Definitely the best experience I’ve had.
I felt supported and understood at every stage of the process. After my divorce having to refinance was scary but Lucy provided me with so many options that met my needs. I highly recommend Lucy to anyone.
