We where going through the pre approval process after having a great first experience. When all of a sudden 200k got taken of our approval and she stopped replying to our emails and answering our call. We have now chosen another broker for our home buying journey. The team was super friendly, professional, and genuinely great to deal with. Anmol was especially fantastic – super helpful, responsive, and made everything so smooth. Definitely the best experience I’ve had.
