Had the best time at Blades – I really had a great time at Blades in noho. One of my friends was hunting for a new skate board and dragged me into the store. I was all set to hate it but you know they have lots of really cool stuff besides skate boards. While I don’t skate I do like the fashion chic of skate boarding clothes, and there was lots to choose from – hoodies, backpacks, sunglasses, and some really hot sneakers. The source for all things related to moving around town on little wheels. – In Short Novices teeter around on in-line skates in the try-on area, while pros nip in for straps and replacement wheels. New silver scooters, in-line skates by Roces, Rollerblade, and K2 and skateboards (both long and short) by Birdhouse and World Industries. Stop here in the wintertime for ice skates and snowboards. Also find both men's and women's beach and street clothing and every variation on the requisite wraparound shades.
