We used Alex's "Cut to the Quick" service regarding a possible small claims court action. As well as being pleasingly punctual, he was attentive and thoughtful. He's also not afraid to tell you what you don't necessarily _want_ to hear, but may _need_ to. Alex assessed our chances of success honestly, and laid out the proposed course of action and expected duratoin.
