What a fantastic way to arrive in NYC and see the city skyline. The service was professional and friendly, with excellent communication. My only feedback might be that the fee add ons for airport pick-up and transfers (which are pretty much essential) add up quickly, so you might want to consider your own transport if wanting to save a few dollars. The transit to and from JFK airport to the hanger is basically gridlocked, so allow extra time to get to your destination.
Blade East Lounge is well appointed with tasteful design, pre-flight bar, and Acqua di Parma amenities. Blade on-demand helicopter transport is exceedingly convenient and efficient. Customer service was helpful when our commercial flight was delayed. Also, Maybach transport from helipad to terminal is a nice touch. Thank you Blade, see you again soon! :)
