if you have an issue, talk to Miss Melissa or Miss Dallas, they will take care of you. BladeHQ is a great way to buy knives get great deals and no hassle returns. I had a misunderstanding and it was taken care of professionally and I appreciate it very very much. Shipping is always fast. UPDATE!!….Great selection,good competitive prices. BUT IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WAIT OR RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME, EVEN IF YOU LIVE IN THE STATES FOR YOUR PACKAGE, Then just PAY FOR EXTRA SHIPPING!! I spent almost $250 and was offered no expedited shipping and got FedEx ground economy which is basically the worst thing ever right now. My package is in limbo. Not sure if FedEx has it or UPS.
