Chad was very helpful in sourcing new screws for my microtech ultratech & checking stock for a badass knife. Thanks for the great customer support.
Ordered a knife over a month ago. Paid the extra amount for shipping express shipping that is and knife was shipped USPS..... I still haven't received it and all I get is a refund on my shipping. I've ordered knives from all over the world and paid the extra money for express shipping and never had to deal with this kind of nonsense. Will never order a knife there again.
