The received product had some defects, so a return was processed. However, my $25 fee was deducted. The website's return policy clearly states that returns are free of charge, which is very disappointing and frustrating. I will never purchase any products from this company again. A company without credit.
I've been ordering Smith and Wesson OTF's for about 3 years now and have never had one single issue. I always get them custom engraved and every single time the knives have arrived quickly and exactly to order. I literally use the knives until they get dull and then open a new one. I've not had a dull blade in years. Thank you guys!
Yes the name Blade HQ carries weight in the knife community, however, be warned. They will in fact screw you over if given the opportunity. Worst yet, my experience was so blatant that I am shocked they would so boldly screw a customer who has made a large number of purchases over the last decade. I will gladly take my business elsewhere from now on. Blade HQ, never forget that you are no longer the only large dealer with a wide selection now. Way to go, another customer lost.
The OTHER review on my page is FALSE. I DO NOT deal with BHQ anymore and forever. They refuse to take down my 3 year old review!
